Return And Refund Policy

At iCustomBoxes, we try to offer high quality custom that meets your expectations. However, if you feel any distress regarding your order, we are here to help you. Please read our Return and Refund policy Guidelines carefully.

Order approval and proof

We provide all free design support and digital evidence of customized orders. It is your responsibility to review and approve the final design including size, color and material. When you approved, we continue to print and no changes can be made. iCustomBoxes are not responsible for any errors in approved evidence, such as spelling errors, wrong size or problem of artwork.

Damaged or incorrect product

If your order is damaged or involves manufacturing errors, contact us within 3 working days after obtaining your package. We can ask for photos or videos of the problem to assess the situation.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • The damage should be caused by a production or shipping error.
  • This problem should be reported within 3 commercial days.
  • The product should be unused and in the original position.

After confirmation, we will either reprinted the affected goods or issue reimbursement based on the situation.

Refund Policy

Due to the customized packaging of products, we do not offer full refund after the order is printed. However, if there are any confirmed errors from our side, we would like to offer partial refund, store credit or a reprint.

Refund will not be possible in case of:

  • Delay due to customer (e.g. lazy evidence approval, incorrect shipping address)
  • Light color variation (as it may vary slightly due to the printing process)
  • Customer mind change after production starts

Cancellation 

We understand that sometimes plans change. To cancel your order, do this before entering the production phase. Once the order is approved and transferred to print or processing, it cannot be canceled or changed.

If you ask for cancellation after approval of design proofs, but before the production starts, you may still be eligible for partial refund. However, please note that we will cut any applied fee:

  • Graphic design or file preparation
  • Administrative and Setup Cost
  • Any special materials already purchased for your project

Unfortunately, when your order has entered the production phase, we cannot offer cancellation or refund. It is because of the customized species of our products.
